Custom Redirect

Use Custom Redirect to send users to your own thank you page or URL after they submit your form.

By default, your form displays the built-in Success Page, which you can customize with your own messaging and branding.

If you’d prefer to send users somewhere else after submission, you can replace the built-in Success Page with your own URL.

# Configure Your Redirect

Open the form you’re building and click Success Page above the form. You’ll then see After Submit presents two options - Show Success or Redirect.

Click Redirect and enter the URL you’d like users to visit:

Once configured, users will be redirected to your chosen URL after successfully submitting the form instead of seeing the built-in Success Page.

This is useful if you already have a dedicated thank you page, confirmation page or another destination you’d like users to visit after completing your form.

You can change the redirect URL at any time, or remove the Custom Redirect to return to the built-in Success Page.

The Custom Redirect works for both Shared Form Links and Embedded Forms.
