Custom Favicon

A favicon is the small icon displayed in the browser tab when someone views your form.

Add your own favicon to your form to keep your branding consistent right down to the browser tab.

Head to your form’s Settings > Sharing and upload your custom favicon:

Supported formats include ICO, PNG, JPG and JPEG, with a maximum file size of 1MB.

We recommend using a 64x64 favicon and keeping the file size as small as possible for faster loading. Around 10KB is a good target, although files up to 1MB are supported.

# Preview Your Favicon

Once you’ve uploaded your favicon, you’ll see it in the browser preview so you can check how it looks before publishing:

When you’re happy with it, click Publish and visit your shared form link to see your new favicon.

Note: Browsers can cache favicons, so the updated icon may not appear immediately if you’ve visited the form before. Try opening the form in an incognito or separate browser window to check the latest version.

# Change or Remove Your Favicon

To change an existing favicon, click the delete icon next to the favicon, then upload your new favicon.

To remove your custom favicon completely, click the delete icon without uploading a replacement. The form will then use the default favicon.
