The Consent field is always required by default and cannot be changed, due to the nature of the field’s purpose.

Easily combine the Consent field with the PDF Viewer to embed a document for review before asking for agreed consent:

For simplicity you can include inline consent text as well as format with bold and italic, and split into paragraphs:
