Custom Social Share

Customise how your form looks when its link is shared on social networks and messaging apps.

When you share a form link, platforms such as Messenger and WhatsApp can display a social share card containing an image, title and description.

Add your own image and text to keep your branding consistent whenever someone shares your form:

To customise your social share card, open your form’s Settings > Sharing.

From here, you can upload a custom image and set the Title and Description that should appear when your form link is shared:

Pro Tip: The Title is also used as the text displayed in the browser tab when someone views your form. By default, this is your form’s name.

Once you’ve added your custom image and text, your branding will appear when your form link is shared across supported social networks and messaging apps.
