Workspace Members

Invite Team Members to your entire workspace when you want them to collaborate across all of your projects and forms.

Workspace members have access to every project in your workspace, unlike members invited to an individual Project.

To invite a Team Member to your workspace, visit any Project, select Add Member, and choose Workspace:

You can Cancel pending invitations or Revoke a member’s permissions at any time from the member list.

# Workspace Privileges

Team Members invited to your Workspace have full admin privileges across the workspace.

They can access all projects and forms, view responses, configure plugins, create and delete forms, create new projects, and invite other members.

Workspace members therefore have the same broad access across your workspace, while Project Members are restricted to the specific projects they’ve been invited to.
