Discord Plugin

Use the Discord Plugin to send new form results directly to a Discord channel. Once connected, every new submission is posted to the channel you choose, so you can keep up with responses without checking your form dashboard.

# Set Up the Plugin

Open the Plugins page for your form, select Discord, and you’ll see a field for your Discord webhook URL:

Don’t have a webhook URL yet? Open Discord and go to the channel where you want to receive your form results. Click Edit Channel:

Go to Integrations and click Create Webhook:

Click Copy Webhook URL. You can also give the webhook a name if you’d like:

Return to the Discord Plugin in Fun Forms, paste in the webhook URL, and click Save:

Your webhook is now connected and ready to receive new form results.

# See It in Action

First, create a form and add a couple of fields. Fill it out and click Send:

Open the connected Discord channel, and you’ll see the new result:

That’s it. From now on, new form results will be sent to your connected Discord channel automatically.
