Discord Plugin

Want your form results to land straight in Discord? The Discord plugin will fire off a message to any channel you choose, every time someone submits your form. No checking dashboards, no missed leads - it just shows up.

Setup the Plugin

Head to the Plugins page on your form, pick Discord, and you’ll see a box waiting for your Discord webhook URL:

Don’t have a webhook URL yet? No problem. Jump into Discord, create (or open) the channel you want notifications in, and click Edit Channel:

From there, go to Integrations and hit Create Webhook:

Click Copy Webhook URL (and feel free to give it a fun name while you’re there):

Now pop back over to the Discord Plugin in Fun Forms, paste in that URL, and hit Save:

And that’s it - you’ll see your webhook URL saved and ready to go inside the plugin.

Build a quick form, add a couple of fields, fill it in, and hit Send:

Pop over to your Discord channel, and there it is:

That’s the whole thing! From now on, every new result lands straight in your Discord channel - no extra steps needed.
