Is there really no limit on forms or responses?
None. Free and Pro accounts both include unlimited forms, unlimited results, and unlimited storage. No response caps, no surprise paywalls.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All form data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with additional encryption on stored results so even our own team can’t access them. We’re built with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and DPA compliance in mind from day one.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on EU-based servers, making Fun Forms suitable for GDPR-compliant workflows. We never read or access your form responses.
How do I collect form results?
Share your form’s direct link, embed it on your website, or send it via email - every form result lands in your dashboard automatically. You can also get email notifications, export results to CSV/JSON, or send them straight to Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, and dozens of other tools.
Can I move my existing forms over from another tool?
You can rebuild most forms in minutes using our templates and drag-and-drop builder. We don’t currently offer automatic import for some platforms, but our support team can help you get set up quickly.
Can I embed forms on any website?
Yes. Embed on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or any custom-built site - just copy and paste the embed code and that’s it.
What happens to my forms if I cancel?
Your forms and results stay accessible. If you downgrade from Pro, you’ll lose access to Pro-only features like E-Signatures and unlimited PDF generation, but nothing is deleted.
Can multiple people on my team work on the same form?
Yes. Free accounts include workspace-wide collaboration, so your whole team can build and manage forms together. Pro accounts add project-level permissions, letting you restrict members to specific folders of forms when you need tighter control.
Can I fully match my own branding?
Yes. Upload your logo, set your own colours and fonts, and choose from 70+ ready-made themes - or build your own from scratch. Pro accounts can also remove all Fun Forms branding entirely.
