Show or Hide Fields

Use Conditional Logic to show or hide fields based on a respondent’s answers. Reveal follow-up questions when they’re relevant, or hide fields that don’t apply.

You can apply rules to one or more fields and combine multiple conditions when you need more control.

# Show Fields

Use Show Fields to hide fields by default and reveal them when a particular condition is met.

For example, you could use a Yes/No Field to ask whether someone is attending a party. If they select Yes, reveal another question.

If they answer Yes again, reveal a Name Field to collect the details you need:

To configure the rule, open the Logic page at the top of your form and select Show/Hide Fields:

Use Hide Fields to show fields by default, then hide them when a particular condition is met.

For example, you might ask whether someone enjoyed an event using a Yes/No Field. If they select Yes, the Rating Fields remain visible, if they select No the Rating Fields are hidden:
