Embed Your Form

Embed your form anywhere that can embed HTML.

Embed your form anywhere in a click. Navigate to your form inside Fun Forms then go to the Settings page, then Sharing tab. You’ll then see the Embed Form option:

Tap the Embed button and copy the code snippet to drop into your website or app:

Click the 'Embed' button reveals an 'Embed Code' for websites

Paste the embed code into your website and publish the new changes, be it WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or a custom website. As long as the platform you’re using supports HTML embedding, you can embed your form.

Any time you update and Publish your form, your embedded form is updated automatically and instantly.
