Each time your form is submitted, PDF Results documents are attached to the form result email:
Enable PDF results
Visit your form Settings and click the Sending page where you’ll see a Manage button:

Simply configure the PDF Results how you’d like them and you’re done.
- Status: Turn PDF Results on/off
- Paper Size: Generate PDFs in your chosen paper size
- Header Text/Description: Add useful information like your company name and address
- Include Descriptions: Include question descriptions in the PDF output, great for contracts
- Include Questions: Specify from All, Answered and Specific Questions to tailor PDF output
Access Generated PDFs Anytime
If you misplace a PDF Result, such as deleting the email, you can download it again in the Results Dashboard:

Create fully branded PDF Results by uploading your logo to your form. Once uploaded, your logo is automatically included on generated PDFs:
