QR Codes

Every form you create automatically gets its own QR Code, giving people a quick way to access your form from a phone or other device.

Your QR code links directly to your published form, so you can put it on posters, flyers, signs, menus, displays, or printed documents and let people scan and start filling out your form immediately.

# Download Your QR Code

Your form’s QR code is ready as soon as you create it. Simply visit the Settings page and Sharing tab, and click the QR code to download it instantly:

Once downloaded, you can print it, share it digitally, or add it to your own designs.

# Take Forms Offline

QR codes are particularly useful when you want to connect a physical experience with an online form.

For example, add a QR code to:

• Posters and signs — let visitors scan and complete a registration or enquiry form.
• Events — collect feedback, registrations, or contact details from attendees.
• Menus and displays — give customers quick access to surveys, requests, or ordering forms.
• Flyers and printed materials — turn offline marketing into an easy route to your form.
• Workplaces and classrooms — make forms accessible without needing to type or remember a web address.

There’s no need to manually copy or type a URL. Scan the QR code and go straight to your form.

# Ready to Print

Each QR code is downloaded as a .png image at 1000 × 1000 pixels, providing plenty of resolution for printing and displaying at different sizes.

Once you’ve downloaded it, you can use the QR code wherever you need to share your form — online or offline.
