Result Limiter

Use Result Limiter to automatically close your form after receiving a set number of submissions.

It’s ideal for forms where you only want to accept a limited number of responses, such as giveaways, party RSVPs, bookings, applications, and more.

# Set a Result Limit

To enable Result Limiter, visit your form’s Settings page and find the Result Limit option:

Enter the maximum number of submissions you want to accept:

Once a value is set, the Result Limiter will show as ON. Publish your form for the limit to take effect.

# Automatically Close Your Form

When your form reaches the specified result limit, it is automatically deactivated and the Form Status is changed to OFF.

The published form will then display a closed message instead of accepting further submissions:

This means you don’t need to manually monitor your results or remember to close the form when you’ve reached your maximum.

# Change or Remove the Limit

You can increase or change the result limit at any time by entering a new value and clicking Publish.

To remove the limit entirely, simply delete the current value and Publish again.

Result Limiter gives you an easy way to control exactly how many submissions your form accepts, while automatically closing it when your limit is reached.
