Results Dashboard

The Results Dashboard gives you a central place to view and manage every response submitted to your form.

See new and previous results in a clean, easy-to-navigate table, with each submission available to expand for a complete view of the response.

# View Your Results

Results are displayed in a clear table, making it easy to scan responses and find the information you need.

Specialised field types are displayed appropriately, including things such as signatures, uploads and other rich response data.

Click any result to expand it and view the complete submission:

You can also delete individual results whenever you need to remove test submissions, duplicate responses or data you no longer require.

# Download Results as PDF

Need a polished, printable copy of a form response? You can download individual results as a PDF directly from the Results Dashboard.

PDF results turn a submitted response into a ready-to-share document, including the form’s response data and supported rich content such as digital signatures.

This is particularly useful for applications, agreements, bookings, completed forms and any workflow where you need a downloadable record of an individual submission.

The downloaded PDF provides a convenient, complete copy of the submitted result that you can save, print or share.

# Export Results

Need to work with your results elsewhere? You can export your results as either a CSV or JSON file.

This makes it easy to download your collected data for reporting, analysis, archiving or importing into another system.

# Automatically Sync Results

If you’d rather have new results sent somewhere automatically, you can connect your form to services such as the Google Sheets Plugin or Excel Online Plugin .

These integrations can automatically send each new submission to your connected spreadsheet, so you don’t need to manually export your results.
