Driveway Cleaning & Resealing Booking Form

A cleaning and resealing booking template — surface, area, condition and treatment confirmed, so a refresh job is booked with the right kit.

Description

A tired drive often needs a clean and reseal, not replacing — and that’s a day’s work with the right kit, not a rebuild. This form books it with the surface, the area and the condition known, so the crew turns up with the correct cleaner, sealant and gear for the job. It captures what a cleaning and resealing job needs: the surface — block paving, resin, patio, concrete — the rough area, what’s wrong (moss, weeds, oil stains, faded sealant, sunken blocks), and whether you want just a clean, a clean and reseal, or re-sanding and minor repairs too. A mossy block drive with sunken edges is a different visit to a quick jet-wash. Put it behind your “book a clean” link. Free, brandable, and it turns “can you freshen up my drive?” into a properly specced, bookable job.

Template FAQs

Common questions about the Driveway Cleaning & Resealing Booking Form — what it captures, when to use it, and how to make it your own.

What's involved in cleaning and resealing a drive?

Typically a pressure wash to lift moss, weeds and grime, re-sanding the joints on block paving, minor repairs, then a sealant to protect it and bring the colour back. The form asks what yours needs so we bring the right kit.

Does my block paving need re-sanding?

Usually, after a deep clean — jet-washing lifts the jointing sand, and replacing it with kiln-dried or stabilising sand locks the blocks and slows weeds. We’ll re-sand as part of the job unless you’d rather we didn’t.

Will sealing stop the weeds and moss coming back?

It slows them a lot — a sealed, re-sanded surface gives weeds and moss far less to take hold in, and makes the next clean easier. It’s not permanent, but it noticeably extends how long the drive stays looking fresh.

Can you remove oil stains?

Often — we can treat many oil and tyre marks as part of the clean, though deep-set older stains don’t always lift fully. Flag them on the form with a photo and we’ll tell you honestly what to expect.

How long does it take to dry before I can use it?

The clean dries within hours; sealant needs longer — often overnight, sometimes up to 24 hours depending on the product and weather. We’ll tell you on the day exactly when you can park on it again.

Is the booking form free?

Yes — free with a Fun Forms account, fully customisable, and it embeds on your site or shares as a link.
