Ductwork Access Panel Installation Enquiry Form

An access-panel install template — duct run, existing panels and problem areas captured, so ductwork can be made cleanable and TR19-compliant.

Description

You can’t clean ductwork you can’t reach — and a system without enough access panels can never be fully TR19 compliant. This form scopes access-panel installation, so an operator with sealed or under-panelled ducting can have it made properly cleanable from end to end. It captures what a panel installation needs to plan: the length and route of the ductwork, how many floors it crosses, where panels already exist, and which sections are currently inaccessible. TR19 Grease expects panels at regular intervals — roughly every 2–3 metres where possible — so the whole run can be inspected and cleaned, and the form gathers what’s needed to quote fitting them in the right places. Offer it alongside your cleaning and survey services. Free, brandable, and it turns an uncleanable, non-compliant duct run into a system that can actually be maintained.

Template FAQs

Common questions about the Ductwork Access Panel Installation Enquiry Form — what it captures, when to use it, and how to make it your own.

Why do I need access panels?

Because ductwork has to be cleaned internally, not just at the ends. Access panels let a technician reach inside the run to remove grease. Without enough of them, sections stay dirty and the system can’t be certified fully compliant.

How many panels does a system need?

TR19 Grease expects panels at regular intervals — typically every 2–3 metres where the layout allows, plus at bends and components. The exact number depends on your duct route; we’ll assess it and quote fitting panels where they’re missing.

Can you fit panels to existing ductwork?

Yes — panels can be cut and fitted to existing rigid ductwork at the right points, sized and sealed to suit. The form asks about your duct run and current panels so we can scope where new ones are needed.

Will fitting panels disrupt the kitchen?

We plan the work around your hours like any extract job, usually out of service. Tell us about access and timing and we’ll keep disruption to a minimum while making the system cleanable.

Do you clean at the same time?

Often it makes sense to — once panels are fitted, the newly accessible sections can be cleaned straight away. Note on the form if you’d like a clean to follow and we’ll quote both together.

Is the enquiry free?

Yes — free with a Fun Forms account, fully customizable, and it embeds on your site or shares as a link.
