Description

The single biggest cause of chaos on an event build-up is a trader arriving to a pitch that doesn’t fit or can’t power their unit. This request heads it off by getting the technical requirements from each trader before the site plan is drawn: the exact frontage and depth, the power supply, water needs and whether the vehicle stays on the pitch. It’s deliberately specific, because “a bit of power” is useless to an organiser laying cables — a 16A and a 32A supply are different infrastructure. Capturing the amps, the access the unit needs and any waste requirements means the site plan is right, the generators are sized correctly, and nobody’s stranded on the morning.
