Template FAQs
Common questions about the Washroom Services Quote Request Form — what it captures, when to use it, and how to make it your own.
What do you need to quote washroom services?
The type and size of premises, how many washrooms and cubicles, which units you need (sanitary, nappy, incontinence), the consumables to keep stocked, and how often you’d like servicing. That’s enough to price a contract accurately.
How are washroom services priced?
By the number of units serviced, the service frequency, and any consumables you want supplied. A small office with a couple of sanitary bins differs from a busy venue with dozens of units and full consumables — the form captures the scale so the quote fits.
What units can you supply and service?
Sanitary bins, male-incontinence bins, nappy and baby-change units, plus air-care and sanitizer dispensers. Tell us what each washroom needs on the form and we’ll include the right units and a servicing schedule.
Do you provide the consumables too?
Yes — many contracts include soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, sanitizer and air care kept topped up on each visit. Note on the form which consumables you’d like supplied and we’ll build them into the quote.
Why can't sanitary waste just go in the bin?
Sanitary waste carries a duty of care under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 — it must be collected and disposed of by a licensed carrier, not put in general waste or flushed. A serviced bin contract handles that properly, which is what the quote covers.
Is the quote request free?
Yes — free with a Fun Forms account, fully customizable, and it embeds on your site or shares as a link.
