Whether you need to analyze your responses, keep an offline copy, or move your data into another system, you can export your results in a single click.

Choose CSV when you want to open your results in spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Sheets, or when you need a simple tabular representation of your responses.

Choose JSON when you need to work with structured response data or import it into another application or development workflow.

Once your export has been generated, you’ll receive the resulting file in your inbox.

Your exported results contain decrypted form data, which may include sensitive information. Take care when storing or sharing exported files.

# Automatically Sync Results

If you regularly need your results outside of Fun Forms, you may prefer to automate the process rather than manually export them.

Use the Google Sheets Plugin or Excel Online Plugin to automatically send each new form result to your connected spreadsheet.

This keeps your data up to date without needing to repeatedly download and import files.
