Automatically turn your form results into professional, branded PDF documents.

PDF Results are available for all form results you receieve, making it easy to keep a document copy of every submission.

PDF Results are particularly useful for contracts, waivers, applications, signed agreements and other forms where you need a printable or downloadable record of the completed submission.

Simply visit your Results Dashboard and click Download PDF on a result:

Configure your PDF Results to include exactly the information you need:

• Paper Size: Generate PDFs using your preferred paper size.
• Header Text/Description: Add additional information such as your company name, address or other useful details.
• Include Descriptions: Include field descriptions alongside the questions and results, which is particularly useful for contracts and agreements.
• Include Questions: Choose whether to include All, Answered or Specific Questions in the generated PDF.

# Include Signatures

PDF Results work seamlessly with the Signature Field, allowing captured signatures to appear directly within the generated PDF.

This makes PDF Results particularly useful for signed forms, contracts, waivers and agreements where you need a complete document containing both the submitted information and the respondent’s signature.

# Upload Your Logo

Add your own logo to your form to create fully branded PDF Results.

Once uploaded, your logo is automatically included on generated PDFs, helping your documents look consistent with the rest of your brand.

# Test PDF Results Before Publishing

You can also test your PDF output using Live Preview before publishing your form.

Submit a test result through Live Preview to check that your questions, results, descriptions, logo and signatures appear as expected in the generated PDF.
