Password Protect

Use Password Protect to restrict access to forms that should only be completed by people with the correct password.

When enabled, users must enter the password before they can access the form:

# Enable Password Protection

To enable Password Protect, visit your form’s Settings page and open the Access tab. Find Password Protect and select Add Password:

Enter your password, click Save, then Publish your form.

Once enabled, the setting will show as ON. You can remove the password at any time if you no longer need to restrict access, or replace it with a new one.

Password-protected forms use the same Theme Design as your form, keeping the access screen and form experience consistent with your branding.

It’s a simple way to add an extra layer of access control to forms that aren’t intended for everyone.
